Please join FUEL Milwaukee in collaboration with the Bay View Community Center on Wednesday, September 1st for an opportunity to learn strategies on how to minimize your child’s carbon footprint before they’re even born. The Healthy Start with Green Parenting workshop is free to the public.
We will welcome Traci Sherman, owner of Half Price Kid Stuff and Milwaukee Diaper Service, join us to discuss her children’s and maternity resale store along with cloth diapering techniques and services available through Milwaukee Diaper Service.
We also welcome certified childbirth educator and international board-certified lactation consultant, Diane Oakland, to facilitate a discussion on feeding your baby food made in your own kitchen. Come explore how easy green parenting can be.
Event will be held at Bay View Community Center, 1320 E. Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. To Register, please call Bay View Community Center at 482-1000. There is limited space. Walk-In’s welcome night of if there is space available.
