Easy Chair Yoga/Beginner T'ai Chi demonstration at St. Francis Library

The St. Francis Public Library is hosting a free demonstration emphasizing T'ai Chi movement done in a relaxing, flowing way combined with Easy Chair Yoga. There will be no floor work.

For ages 18 & up. Seniors are welcome.
